I think it depends on the person. For instance some people really have a thing against fat people. I personally don't. If they do their job well i could care less what they weight as long as it doesn't interfere with their work. Also for me the new hot girl thing doesn't do much, i treat her like everyone else. Is there a way to fix a kink on the edge of a sword?

My younger brother got a hold of my replica of the sword used by Morpheus in the second Matrix movie. The sword is a fully functional steel katana and unfortunately he decided to use the edge against the edge of a decoration sword while playing with an other young friend. Fortunately I got there on time to prevent any one from getting hurt but now there is a kink on the edge. I have been thinking that perhaps a sharpening stone will help diminish the kink but I am not sure if that is a good idea or if there is any other way to fix it. I use my swords mainly for decoration and I never had this problem before. Any help will be greatly appreciated as it is one of my favorite swords.

Well, Macs run on different hardware than Windows does. I'm not completely sure but I am positive that it will not work. I suppose if you already have an installation disc then there is nothing to loose since you could just reinstall Windows (PROVIDING: You have the Windows disc r a backup disc that should have come with your laptop). But if you are thinking about going out and buying the Operating System, which i don't know if you can for macs then I would check if your drivers can support mac. Do you think I should have my tonsils removed?

I'm scheduled to get surgery this Tuesday. Regardless if my tonsils get removed or not I have a deviated septum that needs to be fixed and some membranes in my nose are going to be shaved down cause they're larger than normal. I also have a cyst in my mouth behind my tonsils that is going to be removed. It started about two and a half months ago I got a sore throat that was pretty persistent and didn't go away. I was put on sever different antibiotics and finally it subsided after two months. The ENT says my tonsils are a little larger than normal but that wasn't a reason to have them removed. He didn't plan on removing them but I asked if they could be. He is hesitant on doing it if it don't need to be done. But he will do it if he thinks I have a problem with sore throats. He asked if I get frequent sore throats but I really don't keep track of things like that since they were never as severe as last. I had got the swine flu and after I was over it that's when I got the long persistent sore throat. He said the reason why it probably lasted so long was it was probably reminiscent of the flu and my immune being down or a precursor for future ones that would be more severe so I'm stuck not knowing if I should remove them. And he pretty much left the decision up to me. Whats your opinion? He says he would rather remove them now if I feel I'm going to have more problems with my throat but don't want to remove them just to do it either. I'm so confused on what to do?

I need advice about my legal woes.?

About a week and a half ago I was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. I live in Arizona. It was an experience I do not wish to repeat. Cochlear Implants & Possible Complications?

I was born "hearing impaired"; I function with about 50% of a "normal person's" hearing, maybe a bit less. I wore an external hearing aid in my right ear for a time and found I disliked the inconvienience (and the fact it was external) and thought there wasn't much difference in my ability to hear, though my family thought otherwise. They're now asking me to consider cochlear implants. First of all, would I even be eligible? I've gotten both "yes" and "no". I thought cochlear implants were for those with overall profound loss of hearing; only my right ear's profoundly impaired; my left is only moderate to severe. Second, I've heard that cochlear implants sound very mechanical and "robot-like" to people who have lived most of their life without them. I don't necessarily want that, as I already have pretty decent English skills and I'm in the process of learning foreign languages. However, I've heard that it helps daily functioning and improves quality of life for those who can get used to the mechanical sound. Anyone who has cochlear implants implanted post-lingually and any thoughts?

Why can't I eat as much as I could a few months ago without getting sick?

I'm a 21 year old male and I need help. A few months ago I was doing weight training and I was putting on much weight but all of a sudden one morning I just couldn't eat. I thought it might just be a stomach ache or something and I didn't worry too much about it. I got worried about it after it didn't go away after a few weeks and I was throwing up from food about once a week. There are heaps of symptoms but they come and go. I saw a doctor about three times and I had blood tests and X-rays but they didn't find anything. I have lost 7 kgs (about 15 pounds) and I was a small guy before this too. Eek! had a weird cycle..?

My hubby and I have been TTC since March, and though we didn't have a BFP (believe I tested too early) I had all the symptoms, including missed period. I had to reschedule my dr's appt, but started spotting on 8/29. It was very light and dark brown in color. Over the next 4 days, I ped 3-4 blood clots. I had a very light cycle, which is REALLY abnormal (usually my cycles are around 10 days with heavy bleeding and lots of cramping/clotting) however I only seemed to bleed heavily after I ped a clot. But I didn't have pain/cramps.. just a weird pressure down there. I was on Depo for 4 yrs, and got off of it over a year ago. So I'm not sure if it's normal to still be ping these clots. My doctor said I shouldn't be, nor should my cycle be this long but they can't find anything wrong with me thru blood work (at least a couple of months ago when they tested) Any suggestions? thanks!

Silverado wont start?

my cousin has a 1998 silverado with a 5.7 and every once and a while it wont start. It will run fine for a week or two then all of a sudden it wont start. Well the first time it did this I got a code reader and checked it, it said it had a bad TPS so I replaced that. Then a week or two later it wouldn't start again, came out the next day and it fired right up. Well now its not starting again and I have no idea what it could be. It cranks fine, and it gets spark and I can hear the fuel pump running and smell gas after cranking for a while. Every once and a while after you let of of the key it will hick up and sound like its backfiring through the throttle body but thats it. I thought it could be the Crank position sensor or the camshaft position sensor but not sure were they are located at on the engine and the code tester doesn't say anything about them. What could this be?

Need help finding a good wood-burning stove!?

get a pellet stove you'll be better off. i went from heating our home with a wood stove to pellet stove and the pellet stove is cleaner by far, pellets are cheaper than firewood too. the cost to install can be anywhere from $200.00 -$500.00 or more on either type of stove( pellet or wood). It all depends on the type of chimney pipe you need and how much of it is needed. i installed both of my stoves myself and saved like 400 bucks

My hubby and I were always so tired that we'd have 3 days Before ovulation and then the day of ovulation (every other day when approaching O). Turns out that we conceived our baby girl on a cycle we had 3 days before O but we hadn't had on the day of O. I was so depressed thinking we had missed the most important day, the ovulation day. I was so so sad and my husband felt for me and bought me flowers...turns out this was the cycle we got pregnant!!!! Funny, how, it's more likely that you'll be doing anything else, other than , the moment your ovum meets that special sperm! In my case, we had sex three days before....I often wonder, what was I doing the exact moment I conceived? Who knows? I could've been washing dishes for all I know.... Life is miraculous!!! And surprising! This was the cycle we had had less sex...and the one we conceived.... so God works in mysterious ways..... All our planning and calculating can only do so much, it's really God who decides when it will happen. So, since I knew that God had the last word, I prayed incessantly in petition, and now I pray incessantly in thanksgiving!!!! Hoping you get a BFP soon!!!!! Being a mother is grand! Is an Italian Greyhound the right breed, or should i get something bigger?

i want to rescue a dog, and i cant choose between a small dog and a big dog. my dad wants a big hunting dog again(we currently have a weimaraner and a german shorthaired pointer, the GSP is old, and we dont want the weim to be lonely) i wanted something different and wanted a small mix. my dad hates most small dogs, and is really stubborn,but luckily we both like italian greyhounds. but we live in CT, so its pretty cold sometimes, and my mom would flip if it peed or pooped inside too much(ik they have housebreaking issues). but ive always wanted a small, warm dog that loves to cuddle and is sensative, which ive heard italian greyhounds are. i also like playful dogs, and IG's fit that too. its the only dog my dad and i agree on. my mom just had surgery, and doesnt want a dog that will possibly knock her over, but im kinda concerned she wont see it and step on it, but i doubt it. We also have 8 acres of land, most of it woods, and i was also wondering if IG's would enjoy woods. we also have a quite a bit of gr for clear running. but another problem is that we do have an invisible fence. i dont like them, but its not practical to get a real fence, as we would keep out wild animals, and keep some separated from families possibly. its also expensive and our land is bumpy. ive heard greyhounds are bad w/ invisible fences because they run right through them. is it the same with italian greyhounds?. our land is dense with mountain laurels in half, so it couldnt really run there, the other half is bumpy and uphill/downhill and slanty so its also not very easy to run fast near the edge of the property. so those are the main problems, i also know it would like to go in bed w/ me, so id get stairs goin up to my bed so it doesnt break a leg or anything. btw this will be a family dog, but i would like it to be mosty attached to me.(i would feed it and snuggle and let it sleep in my bed so im hoping that will make him/her more attached but idk) so based on my info, do you think an italian greyhound is a good match?

My guppy fish may be sick?

My Guppy is a male so it's not pregnant. But it has a little bit of a big stomach. It lives with 2 danios. The danios are always active but the guppy just hangs around in the back of my filter. I feed them the Tetra Mix Tropical fish food with a little bit of gold fish food that I had ( In the pet shop they told me it was fine). So I don't know what makes him be like that? He also sometimes just sits in the gravel. I've only seen him do that once. So sometimes he's not moving but other times he's really active and moving everywhere in my 10 gallon tank.

Kickflip Help?

Alright so I have been trying to kickflip and I have been to about every site and seen every video about it on the web. I pop, i flick away at the nost but I get the board to flip to slow and i only land my back foot on it. I sometimes can get a good flip but i just land it with my back foot. Im just trying to get a good flip but if ireally go for it and try and land it my front foot lands under my wheels or under my board and its starting to hurt. I think its because when I flick my front foot goes to faraway. Also I cant commit to it cause most of the time i cant even get a good spin on it. My friend trys to teach me it but it doesnt even look like he does it right. He barely ollies and it bounces off the ground some times. He doesnt catch it he just lands on it on the ground. I want to learn it the right way. Its also hard to try and do it while not moving because i put to much pressure on my front foot and the board moves back. How can I fix all these problems?
