Im confused...does he like me?

Well, im in high school and i've liked this guy for a while now but, problem is, he has a girlfriend. I get 3 lessons a week with him and most of the time he comes and sits with me and my friends and when we p in the corridor he always stops me and says hi or something. My friend always notices him staring at me in lessons and he's always giving me hugs and teasing me! And the other day he even asked for my phone number :/ His and my close friend (who's a girl) reckons he really likes me but im so confused as he has a girlfriend! Help me please!?
