Is my son's stomach distended?

lots of little babie tend to have round tummies- it does not seem like constiaption- it is RARE for fed babeis to get constipated and if he were then it would not be skid marks ( which is normal) but i wouldd be little round pellets- try feedding him longe ron one side and try cutting out dairy and see what happens
