Relationship woes…has anyone else had this issue?

He's 33 years old and is a grown man. It's time he starts acting like one. Does he have a job? If so he needs to save up his money and move out. You need to move on with your life and you can't do that with him moping around trying to make you feel guilty for leaving him. If you can't make your mortgage then get a roommate but not him! The only way you're going to be able to move on is by getting him out of your house and getting another roommate. Then he'll be forced to get it together and move on with his life as well. What ever you do, don't buy into the moping around. If you're really done with the relationship then be done, get him out of your house and move on. He'll live and probably either thank you or find another woman who'll feel sorry for him.
