Should I accept this trade?

Not good enough. You should be able to get one of his top 2 RBs for Big Ben. He's trying to sucker you into thinking that getting 3 players is better than giving up 1, but you aren't getting anyone that would more than a #3 WR or #2 RB over who you have. Big Ben is an every week QB starter.
