How to get rid of zits?!?

Zits keep reappearing on my nose! Its sooo annoying! I wash my face everyday and use moisturizer everyday. Yet they reappear every other week. I feel soo weird cuz theyre there, it seems like the whole world can see em snce they are on the tip of my nose. So does anyone have any ideas to get rid if thr zits for good...or atleast a daily routine to prevent them? Please && thankyou :)
