What if someone is lonely on the holiday?

Thanksgiving and christmas are holidays and the time to be with family and I dont have parents or family living and I feel so sad because the only people I know in the area that I am so close with, they just say: "Ok well you have a nice Thanksgiving" and I ask: "Can we do something tonigh when you are done with family?" then I ask: "please" and I always tell them I am alone on Thanksgiving usually and they just say: "Sorry I cant." Then I burst in tears. Im always alone on holidays and noone ares about me or even invites me and I feel very depressed because I am such a nice guy and one time I tried to kill myself a few times because of the misery of being left out and I really need advice on how to meet a very close friend where I can celebrate Thanksgiving with them and who could be there 24/7 with me so I can hang with them! I feel so lonely just as bad as a bum while everyone else is with family!
