Mother Unemployed for 10 months! HELP!?

My mom lost her job in May and hasn't been hired since then. My father has a job but it's just not enough for our house. She is an Auto CAD Drafter. Lately, we have been spending less and less on food, clothing, school supplies, and family activities. I am 15 and I applied for a job at my local pool but they said I am too young, how do I help my mother get a job? She applies for every single job in the ATLANTA area!
