I thawed out hamburger meat !!!?

I thawed out hamburger meat in the sink thursday, and it was still cold when i put it in the refrigerator, it's saturday, will it be ok if i cook and eat it,tonite, i was planning on making meatloaf, it turned a lil brown over nite last nite.
