Hazard pay for deployments to Kuwait w/the Army?

I am a Reservist considering volunteering for a new security mission in Kuwait. Husband is critisizing saying that you don't even get hazard pay blah blah blah. I don't care about the pay~ I wanted to help and get the experience. But I still think he's wrong. Does any one know if you still get hazard pay for serving in a deployment to Kuwait?
