Have you thought up alternative oyster recipes yet?

Heat grill. Open oyster shells so they are grilled on the half shell. Save top shells. Rinse well, leave a bit of water in the shell. Top with fresh bacon bits, chives, a drop of lemon juice and a dab of tabasco (if like), cover with top shell and grill medium heat 10 minutes.
