Does this boy really like me, or just thinks of me as a friend?

okay there is this sopre who i think is really cute.and well we are allowed to go to bronco Billy's at lunch and i was buying my lunch when i saw him there and one of his guy friends put a chair so close to me so i would sit but i never took the chance.and now when they see me in the hallway they have this special whistle and then they all turn. help me!! does he like me!?
