Do men have less respect for overweight co workers?

I think it depends on the person. For instance some people really have a thing against fat people. I personally don't. If they do their job well i could care less what they weight as long as it doesn't interfere with their work. Also for me the new hot girl thing doesn't do much, i treat her like everyone else. Actually more times than not she's less productive than the new fat guy. sometimes she's just another average employee. Not spectacular at her job but not too shabby at it either. Admittedly i enjoy watching her leave more than the fat person though :D
